2a Data collection and processing of personal data via cookies and log files

Hanse-Agro GmbH collects, uses and stores your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection laws. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

  1. in accordance with Article 6(1) point (f) DSGVO, our website uses so-called cookies to provide personalized features and to analyze your use of the website. A cookie is a small file in which certain information about a user's access device (PC, tablet, smartphone, etc.) is stored on such device. When such a device accesses our server's website, the server receives these cookies. The server can evaluate the information stored in the cookie using various methods.   • The date, time, file accessed, status, the request your browser sent to the server, the amount of data transferred and the website from which you accessed the requested page (referrer).
  • The product and version information of the browser used and your operating system, as well as your country of origin.

2b Collection and processing of personal data via Google Analytics.

  • In accordance with Article 6(1) point (f) DSGVO, our website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
  • To deactivate Google Analytics, Google provides a browser plug-in at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google Analytics uses cookies. The information collected by the cookie about the use of our pages (including your IP address) is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We would like to point out that on this website Google Analytics has been extended by the code "gat._anonymizeIp();" to ensure anonymized collection of IP addresses (so-called IP masking). If anonymization is active, Google truncates IP addresses within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, which is why no conclusions can be drawn about your identity. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. Google complies with the data protection provisions of the "Privacy Shield" agreement and is registered with the "Privacy Shield" program of the U.S. Department of Commerce and uses the information collected to evaluate the use of our websites, to compile reports for us in this regard and to provide other related services to us. We use the log data only in anonymized form (i.e., without assigning or identifying you personally) for statistical analyses, e.g., to find out on which days and at which times the offers of our websites are most popular and how much data volume is generated on our websites. 3 b Collection and processing of personal data

Within our company, we only pass on your personal data to those employees who are involved in providing the services/creating the newsletters and only to the extent necessary for providing these services.

If you register for services, Hanse-Agro GmbH collects, stores and uses the data requested in the registration process only for the purpose of enabling you to access the subscribed service(s)/newsletter(s) or to send them to you. In addition, Hanse-Agro GmbH stores your IP address in order to be able to prove your consent. With the newsletter, Hanse-Agro GmbH informs you about its service recommendations and questionnaires, as well as information about events/seminars, if applicable.

If you subscribe to our e-mail newsletter, only the e-mail address you provided during registration will be transferred to the erver of our external service provider and stored there. After registering for the e-mail newsletter, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your membership. Newsletters contain an analysis pixel to optimize our service. This pixel is completely anonymous. It is not possible to draw conclusions about the e-mail recipient. You can determine the type and amount of information you receive at any time within the AirfarmApp profile management - my preferences. Furthermore, user data management is possible within the app or a message to our e-mail address or postal address mentioned above to update the data you have entered.

If you revoke your consent by unsubscribing, this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its revocation.

If you yourself are under the age of eighteen, please do not submit any personal data to us. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personal information to Hanse Agro, please let us know. We will delete this information from our database. We encourage all parents and guardians to instruct their children in the safe and responsible use of personal information on the Internet. Children should not submit any personal data to our website without the consent of their parents or guardians!

4 Period of data storage

We process and store personal data only for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing, or as long as and to the extent that the legal provisions require us to process and/or store such data.

If the purpose of the processing no longer applies and the legal obligation to retain the data expires, we will routinely delete the data or restrict the processing of the data in accordance with the applicable legal provisions.

If you do not confirm your registration for services/ ewsletter (see above), the corresponding data stored until then will be deleted.

Pursuant to Articles 15 to 18 of the GDPR, the data subject may request Hanse-Agro GmbH to provide him or her with information about, and to correct or erase, the personal data concerning him or her, or to restrict the processing in relation to the data subject. In addition, subject to Article 20 of the DSGVO, the data subject shall have the right to receive the personal data concerning him or her that he or she has provided to Hanse-Agro GmbH in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as the right to have such data transferred to another controller without hindrance.
